Thomas Andrew Cove

Thomas Andrew Cove, 29 of Durham, beloved son of Kevin and Lee Ann (Michaud) Cove of Durham passed away on January 25th, 2020.

Thomas lived in Durham for most of his life, and graduated from Coginchaug Regional High School Class of 2008. He was in the US Army for 2 years as part of the 82nd Airborne division. Thomas was previously employed as a fish and meat cutter but for the last year he enjoyed being an arborist.

Thomas was a talented dancer and member of the 5th Element Dance Crew where he earned the named “KidSoul” for his untapped energy of youth and old soul that bridged generations.

Thomas loved the outdoors, physical fitness, reading and especially listening to music of many genres.  What he loved most was spending time with family, friends and his beloved pugs.

He had so many blessings in life that he never realized: talent, charisma, friendships, positive outlook, and an unending sense of humor that could make every ones day.  His willingness to help those in need and the freedom of spirit he possessed allowed him to befriend anyone and everyone.  He was loved by so many. 

Along with his parents, Thomas is survived by his sister Lynnea Gordon and her husband Scott of Jamaica Vermont; His brother Ryan Cove and his wife Shannon of Colchester CT; His sister Kiersa Hathaway and also by his nieces Kennedy Cove, Evie Cove, Ada Gordon, and Ila Gordon.

Family and Friends may call on Sunday, February 9th from 4:00PM to 7:00PM at the Doolittle Funeral Home, 14 Old Church Street, Middletown. Graveside Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
