Neal Leslie Blodgett, Jr.

Neal Leslie Blodgett, Jr., 80, of Higganum, husband of the late Petronella “Patricia” (Ambrose) Blodgett, passed away on April 13, 2026, at his home.  Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Neal Blodgett, Sr. and the late Marjorie (Jarmen) Blodgett.

Neal was a lifelong resident of Higganum where he owned his business Higganum House Antiques. He enjoyed traveling and fishing but most of all he loved his work and loved antiques.

Neal is survived by his stepson John Wallingford and his wife Michelle, stepdaughter Pamela Miranda; brother William Blodgett and his wife Sherrie; sister Beverly Peters and her husband Charlie; three step grandchildren Savannah Wallingford, Alyssa Miranda and Kyle Miranda and several nieces and nephews.
