Michael Griffin Snow, 78, passed away peacefully at Middlesex Hospital with his family by his side on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
Michael was a lifelong resident of Cromwell. He was the son of the late Harry and Dorothy (O’Donnell) Snow. He served two years in the US Army, stationed in Germany. He worked for the Post Office for 35 years. He enjoyed coaching his children in soccer, basketball and softball/baseball. Mike was the happiest outdoors: gardening, fishing, and camping at Lakeside Pines in Maine.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Patricia (Mulrenan) and his five children and their spouses; Bryan (Erin), Colleen (Bryan), Shannon (Dave), Meghan (Diallo), and Kaitlyn (Scott). He dearly loved his 12 grandchildren; Jacob, Brandon, Nolan, Patrick, Norah, Louise, Teddy, Sophie, Solomon, Miriam, Fiona, and Margot.
Along with his parents, he was predeceased by three older brothers, Harry, Jack, and Philip.
The family will receive friends and family at Cromwell Funeral Home, 506 Main Street, Cromwell on Monday July 13th from 9-10:30 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am at St. John’s Church, 5 Saint John Court in Cromwell. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Michael’s memory may be made to Cromwell Recreation Department at 41 West Street, Cromwell, CT 06416.
