A Beautiful Life........

She served as captain of her high school basketball team. She was also a member of the gospel group called the ‘Caravans’.  She worked for many years and retired from Middlesex Memorial Hospital as a Licensed Practical Nurse where she enjoyed her post on the maternity ward as new life began.

Mom was a member of Mill Branch Methodist Church in South Carolina and later joined the House of God Church where she received the baptism of the Holy Ghost under the late General Elder Rosa Wilkie.  She worked diligently as a missionary to spread the gospel message and was ordained as a Deacon in 1990.  She loved to sing around the house, in the car or in the yard and could be found with her children singing songs of praise and worship around the family piano.

Mom was greatly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.  The youngest of 8 children; she was predeceased in life by her parents, Daniel & Mary Ann Cox Cain, 7 siblings, her husbands, Caro Lowery, Jacob Wallace Sr. and one son Earnest H. Lowery.
