Lisa (Nieves) Irizarry

Lisa (Nieves) Irizarry, 56, of Manchester, beloved wife of Heriberto Irizarry, passed away on September 13, 2025, at Hartford Hospital.  Born in Hartford, Lisa was the daughter of Jose Nieves and Maria Lourdes Jiminez.

Lisa was a member of the Rockville Church of Nazarene.  She loved dancing, was the life of the party and made an impact on everyone she met. Lisa loved her family dearly.

Along with her husband and parents, Lisa was survived by her son Jacob Irizarry of San Antonio, Texas, four daughters, Victoria Irizarry, Lisa Gilbert, Rachael Irizarry and Madison Irizarry, all of Manchester, three brothers Jose Nieves, Edwardo Nieves and Robert Nieves, a sister Vanessa Nieves and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 20th at 9:00 am at the Rockville Church of Nazarene, 47 East Street, Rockville.  A burial will follow in Mount Saint Benedict Cemetery in Bloomfield.
