Jose Antonio Dejesus

Jose Antonio Dejesus, 63, of Middletown, passed away on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at Hartford Hospital. Born in Caguas, Puerto Rico, he was the son of Rosa (Camacho) Dejesus of Middletown and the late Amado Alfonso Dejesus.

Jose lived in Middletown most of his life.  He was employed at Coca Cola and the State of Connecticut for many years.

Along with his mother, Jose was survived by his brother, Julio Dejesus of Middletown and four sisters, Miriam Robles of Middletown, Gladys Torres of Atlanta, GA, Norma Baez of Middletown and Rosa Elba Dejesus of Hartford.

Besides his father, Jose was predeceased by two brothers, William Dejesus and Alfonso Dejesus, Jr. and one sister, Margaret Adorno Dejesus.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 24th at 9:30 am in Pine Grove Cemetery, 857 South Main Street, Middletown.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Jose’s memory may be made to the Lighthouse Christian Church, 381 Main Street, Middletown, CT 06457.  To share memories or send condolences to the family, please visit www.doolittlefuneralservice.com.
