Jerry Dale Collum, 65, of Cromwell, husband of the late Lois (Smith) Collum for forty two years, passed away on Friday, December 11, 2020 at Middlesex Hospital. Born in Fort Worth, Texas, he was the son of the late Gene and Mary (Turner) Collum.
Jerry served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the First Congregational Church in Cromwell. Jerry was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and will be remembered as a loving father and husband and a trusted brother.
Jerry is survived by his son, Robert C. Collum and his wife Rebecca McKenna of Vernon; his daughter, Crystal N. Collum of Cromwell; a brother Rick Collum of Fort Worth, TX and two grandchildren, Callie Collum and Natalie Collum.
A memorial service will be held tonight, December 15 at 6:00 pm at First Congregational Church, 355 Main Street, Cromwell where masks and social distancing is required. A graveside service will be held in R.L. Scott Family Cemetery in Kenly, NC. Cromwell Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
