Greg Jay Waters

Greg Jay Waters, 58, of Cromwell, passed away January 20, 2026, at Middlesex Hospital.  Born in Middletown, he was the son of the late Randall N. Waters, Jr., and the late Elizabeth (Reagan) Waters.

Greg lived in Cromwell all his life graduating from Cromwell High School, Class of 1985.  Greg enjoyed spending time with his dog Maddy.

Greg is survived by his son, Kyle N. Randazzo of Florida; brother Randy Waters of Cromwell; sister Diane W. Griffin and her husband Gary of Dacula, GA; two nephews Gary Griffin, Jr. and his wife Janice and their daughter Olivia and Sean Griffin and his wife Karen and their sons Conor & Dillon and several cousins.

Along with his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Gail Waters. 

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Greg’s memory may be made to the Connecticut Humane Society, 701 Russell Road, Newington, CT 06111.  Cromwell Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
