George David Perry

George David Perry, 68, of East Hartford, passed away on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Hartford Hospital.  Born in Hamilton, North Carolina, he was the son of the late Willie and Florence (Williams) Perry.

George is survived by his long time partner, Myrta Hernandez of East Hartford; three sons, Steve D. Perry of West Haven, Sean M. Perry of Chester, VT and Brandon J. Perry of San Francisco, CA; two daughters, Danielle J. Perry and Jaime P. Perry, both of Wallingford; three brothers, Bobby Perry, Michael Perry and Gary Perry, all of Middletown; three sisters, Eva Butler of NY, Annette Perry-Norman of Middletown and Stella Boxley of Meriden; twelve grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, George was predeceased by two brothers.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 27th at 11:00 a.m. at the Doolittle Funeral Home, 14 Old Church Street, Middletown with Rev. Wayne Lydem officiating.  Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
