She is survived by her loving family: sister Rae (Dave) Alcheh of NJ; Arnold and Barbara Davis of Moodus, CT, Elaine and William Krohn of MA, Lori and Dick Hall of MA and Beth and Gary Jacobson of NY.  Eva leaves behind nine grandchildren: Michael Davis, Seth (Jessica) Davis, David (Phyllis) Krohn, Elizabeth (Adam) Saltz, Gib and Harry Hall, Danielle, Sofia and Leon Jacobson; and seven great-grandchildren: Cole and Olivia Davis, Landon and Scarlett Saltz and Ada, Ingrid and Ursula Krohn.  She was an adored wife, sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend who treasured family most of all.  She had an enormous heart and a true zest for life.

Eva was a member of Congregation Beth Shalom Rodfe Zedek in Chester, CT.  Eva was a proud Lion for 39 years, first as a charter member of the East Haddam Lioness Club and then a charter member of the East Haddam Community Lions. She was an avid Mah Jongg player at the East Haddam Senior Center.
