Dianne Ruth (Dickinson) Bouchard

Dianne Ruth (Dickinson) Bouchard, 74 of Ellington and formerly of Middletown, passed away on June 16, 2024, surrounded by her loving family at Saint Francis Hospital, twelve days shy of her 75th Birthday. Born in Middletown, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Ruth (Martin) Dickinson.

Dianne lived in Middletown for twenty-five years, graduating Woodrow Wilson High School Class of 1967. She was employed in the banking industry for over fifty years in various positions. Her last position was Relationship Banker at Key Bank in Ellington. Dianne was President of the Lions Club in Ellington and was proud of being a part of their charitable work. Dianne was so thoughtful, giving and very creative. She was always doing special things for people. Above all, Dianne loved her family deeply.

Dianne is survived by her sister Marie D. Williams and her husband James of Monroe; two nieces, Jennifer Cardoso and her husband Jose of Southington and Stephanie Gerbovaz and her husband Jason of Concord, CA; a nephew Matthew Williams and his wife Carrie of Prospect and three great nephews, Mason Cardoso, Cole Cardoso and Ethan Gerbovaz, whom she would have met for the first-time next week. Dianne is also survived by Joan (Petrofsky) Dickinson, her step-mother.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 25th at 12 noon at Doolittle Funeral Home, 14 Old Church Street, Middletown. A burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery in Middletown. Family and friends may call on Tuesday, June 25th from 11am to noon before the services.
