Clyde Albert Post

Clyde Albert Post, age 83, of Shallotte, North Carolina passed away on Monday, September 25, 2023.  Clyde was born in Middlesex County, CT on September 4, 1940, and was the son of the late Francis and Edna Gates Post. He was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed spending time with family deer hunting in Maine for the past several years and loved being with his grandchildren.  Clyde could be found most days at the Brunswick Senior Resource Center in Shallotte, NC shooting pool and being with his friends.

He is survived by two sons, John Post and wife Dipti of Cromwell, CT and David Post and wife Lisa Avery of Chesterville, Maine; his lifetime partner, Angela Levesque; grandchildren, Wylie Post, Christine Avery, Allison Avery, Kevin Post, Ryan Post, Kelly Post and Dilan Post; great grandchildren, Mason Fournier, Tyler Fournier and Robbie Wilmore; step-grandchildren, Molly Marie Levesque, Nathan Levesque and Jack Levesque; and a brother, Jim Post and wife Geri of Clearwater, Florida.

Along with his parents, Clyde was predeceased by his wife, Margaret (Albert) Post.
