Carmen "Moe" Joseph Scollo

Carmen “Moe” Joseph Scollo, 85, of Middlefield, passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at Middlesex Health.  Born in New Britain on October 20, 1934, Moe was the son of the late Salvatore and Rose Scollo.  Carmen and his family lived in Middlefield for more than fifty years.

Carmen was a friend to all.  He was adored by so many people including family, friends, neighbors and his union brothers.  His jovial sense of humor and engaging personality is what endeared us most to him.

Carmen will be missed by his two daughters, Leslie Scollo of Laguna Niguel, California and Leah Tuttle and her husband John of Redington Beach, Florida and their children, Jordan and Jack Tuttle; two siblings, Joseph Scollo and his wife Lynn and Faye Robertson and her husband Larry, all of Rancho Palos Verdes, CA; his companion, Joan Pratt of Middlefield and several nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, Carmen was predeceased by his wife, Trude (Lehmann) Scollo.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 11:00 am in Middlefield Cemetery, 402 Main Street, Middlefield.
