Anna Rose Stark, nee Serignese, passed away on January 24, 2025, after a long illness. She was born on May 29, 1941, in Hartford, Connecticut, to Cona and Mildred Serignese. She moved to Cromwell in 1978 and was a teacher’s assistant in the Cromwell Public School System, an occupation she aspired to and enjoyed immensely. She was a loving wife to Thomas, whom she married in 1974, and a loving mother to her two children, Kara and Charles. Family always came first with her, and she enjoyed spending time with them, travelling and seeing areas of interest throughout the state. She always kept in touch with her aunts and cousins. Anna was an avid reader and even turned her hand towards writing children’s books. She enjoyed chatting with friends and family, shopping, and the occasional casino trip.
Anna is survived by her husband Thomas, her children Kara and Charles, and many extended family members, who love her and will miss her very much.
