Jeffrey “Jeff” Edward Parr, of Middletown, joined his father Edward “Skip” Parr in heaven on December 10, 2019 at 38 years old. Jeff’s love for his family and friends was insurmountable and he is truly missed. Jeff leaves behind his “beautiful and strong” ( as Jeff would say) mother Dale Parr of Cromwell, his sister Jamie Sienna and husband Nick of Cromwell, his paternal grandmother Eileen Parr of Oceanside, CA, his Aunt Jean Feegel of Barrington NH, his Uncle John and Aunt Judy of Gansevooet, NY and many cousins.
Jeff also leaves behind his loving girlfriend, Shannon, who was always by his side, her daughter Adrianna, his best friend Mike Flanagan, his wife Mary-Jo and his godson Levi, whom he loved so much.
Jeff spent most of his life in Cromwell and graduated from Cromwell High in 1999, attended CCSU and soon after moved to Jacksonville, FL and started to pursue his career in an IBEW apprenticeship to become a licensed E2 union electrician as part of the Local 177. Jeff moved back to CT and joined the Local 42 as a certified cable splicer working on high voltage underground power lines and finally finished his career at Eversource. He was a member of the Wethersfield/Rocky Hill Elks #2308, an avid New York Yankees and New York Giants fan. We will remember Jeff’s sarcastic, witty sense of humor; we are heartbroken without him. Jeff’s family would like to thank everyone who visited Jeff, especially Mike and TJ, and a special thanks to Local 42 for all their love and support.
