Jason Miles Sipes

Jason Miles Sipes, 29, of Wallingford, died on Sunday, May 6, 2018 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.  Born in New Britain, he was the son of Keith and Christine (Wright) Sipes of Cromwell.

Jason was a veteran serving in the United States Marine Corp and presently serving with the United States Army Reserve 942 Transportation Company.  He was very proud of his service to his country.  Jason was a gamer, loved all sports especially football, motorcycles, dogs, and most of all his family.

Along with his parents, Jason is survived by a brother, Jamil Sipes of Cedar Hill, TX; a sister,  Kali Sipes-Pleasant (Christopher) of Los Angeles, CA and beloved nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may call on Friday evening, May 11 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the Cromwell Funeral Home, 506 Main Street, Cromwell. Words of remembrance will be said at 7:00 pm.  Burial will be held on Monday, May 14 at noon in the State Veterans’ Cemetery, 317 Bow Lane, Middletown where full military honors will be accorded.
