Helen Mae (Snyder) Eckhart

Helen Mae (Snyder) Eckhart, 102, of Middletown, died peacefully on Sunday, April 8, 2018 after a long and full life.  Born on July 14, 1915 in Palmerton, Pennsylvania, she was the only child of James and Ursula (Lenz) Snyder and the widow of Kenneth L. Eckhart, Sr.

Helen is survived by her son, Dr. Kenneth L. Eckhart, Jr. and his wife, Priscilla of Durham, granddaughters, Kimberly Eckhart (George), Megan Taylor (Rob), and Allison Bech (Thom) and great grandchildren, Colin and Dylan Weeks, Robby, Patrick and Wyatt Taylor and Alexa and Anna Bech. Helen was a proud mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.
