Eula Joyce (Phelan) Koval, 89, of Berlin, wife of the late John Koval, passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at her home. Born in Calais, Maine, she was the daughter of the late John and Irma (Allan) Phelan.

Eula is survived by two sisters, Rita Kronenberger of Middletown and Joanne Mercier of Essex and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.

Along with her husband and parents, Eula was predeceased by two brothers, Jerome Phelan and Wayne R. Phelan.
